First of all it's very important to clarify that the Nannyinsure motor contingent liability does not cover the nanny when she is driving whilst on duty. She must be insured as a named driver on her employer's motor insurance for this purpose.

The motor contingent liability extension provides cover when you are in a vehicle which is not the property of nor provided by you, not being driven by you, but where you could be held legally liable for an accident.
