Already have a Nannyinsure policy?
> Changing your personal details
If your name, home address and or email address has changed please email nannyinsure@hayesparsons.co.uk with your new details, including your full name and policy number.
> Changing your job
You do not need to inform Nannyinsure every time you change your job unless the medical status of the children you care for has changed. If this applies please email nannyinsure@hayesparsons.co.uk with updated medical details of the children, and include your full name and policy number in the email.
> Renewing your policy
Two weeks before your policy expires Nannyinsure will notify you via email that your policy is about to expire. To renew, simply complete the online renewal form on the nannyinsure website. You will receive an email confirmation within 3 working days to confirm your renewal has been successful and any documentation will follow in the post.
If your policy has expired and you did not renew prior to the expiry date, you will need to complete the online application form again, not the renewal form.
Please note that we cannot back-date policies; in order to prevent a gap in cover ensure you renew your policy prior to its renewal date.
> Cancelling your policy
To cancel your policy, please email Nannyinsure nannyinsure@hayesparsons.co.uk explaining you wish to cancel your policy and include your name and policy number details. Nannyinsure will respond via email confirming cancellation details. Please refer to your Nannyinsure policy for further details.
> Refund Policy
Provided there has been no incident which has resulted, or could result, in a claim, Nannyinsure will issue a pro rata refund, less a £5 for an administration charge, if you wish to terminate midway through the policy period.
A full refund of the premium paid will be issued if the insurance policy is cancelled within 14 days of the commencement of cover.
