It is important that the nanny completes the application, not the employer, as the application form requests information regarding experience, qualifications and personal information
- Once the online application process has been completed you will receive an email providing a Transaction Reference Number.
- Nannyinsure will email you within 3 working days stating whether your application has been approved and attaching a copy of the policy wording for your records.
- If your application has been declined, Nannyinsure will issue a full refund.
- If your application is successful, you will be emailed a copy of the policy documentation. An insurance schedule will be posted to you within 5 working days of your application being approved.
> Applying by post
As can be expected, postal applications will take much longer to process. We strongly recommend applying online especially if you need to have your Nannyinsure policy in place quickly.
If you would still prefer to apply by post, an application form is available to download at the bottom of this page. If you do not have access to a printer you can request an application form to be posted to you by emailing info@nannyinsure.co.uk.
- Please ensure that all application forms are signed and dated.
- Upon receiving your application Nannyinsure will contact you within 5 working days stating whether it has been approved.
- If you application has been declined Nannyinsure will notify you. Payment will not have been taken.
- If your application is successful you will receive the policy documentation via the post within 5 working days of Nannyinsure first contacting you.
