The cost is broken down as follows:

£103 - Application fee, this is non-refundable.
You will need to pay an annual fee of £103 in order to remain on the register.

Who pays?
Although it is the parents that benefit from employing a registered nanny it could also be argued that if you are registered you will be more employable. Therefore it is in your interest to discuss the costs involved with your employer, and come to an arrangement of who pays for what. You should also consider that if your employers pay this may be considered a benefit in kind and must in that case be declared as such.
