Request to cancel my policy

If you no longer need your Nannyinsure policy or wish to cancel it, please complete and submit the form below.

Your policy number can be found at the top of your Policy Schedule we emailed you when you purchased your Nannyinsure policy.

These details will be sent directly to our Nannyinsure customer care team who will be in contact with you with your policy cancellation details by the end of the next working day.

You can also make any request for the cancellation of a policy to Nannyinsure:

‘Your Right to Cancel’ – You have the right to cancel this policy within 14 days of the date you purchased the policy or when you received the policy documents, if this is later. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation, and we will provide a full refund of any premium paid, unless you have made a claim or there has been an incident likely to result in a claim.

Cancellation after ‘Your Right to Cancel’ – If you decide to cancel after the 14 day ‘cooling off’ period, we will charge you for the cover you have had up to the cancellation date. No money will be refunded if you have made a claim or if there has been an incident likely to result in a claim, before the date you ask us to cancel.

Submitting this request does not constitute cancellation as we need to contact you to verify your request.
